Galaxy S1. Goto Settings→ Apps→ Fitbit→ Storage
click clear data and clear cache
* clear data and cache only delete temp data and app settings, it won't delete your actual data.
Reboot your phone and test SMS message to see if problem exist. If yes, go for method #2
2. Wipe Cache Partition method
- Shut down your phone
- wait for 10 sec
- Press power and vol down at the same time and hold... until you get into Recovery mode
- use Vol up and down key to select wipe cache partition, press power button for Ok.
- choose Reboot
Once rebooted, try text message on Fitbit and see if this resolve your problem.
