Apps don't show in add games option in Samsung Game Launcher

Hi guys...

I have problem with my game launcher. The game launcher doesn't recognize one or two of my games. Hence, I want to add them to G.L manually. But the problem emerges here! I select the "Add Games' option in 3-dots menu, but it says "no apps available". I will upload an image from that screen.

My phone is Gamaxy S10, android 11, and the G.L's version is 6.0.01.3, The latest version till this second.

Another point is that I suppose that this problem happened after I updated the G.L and one of my games was kicked out of G.L after that. 

 

Any idea what the problem and solution may be?

Hi, Welcome to the Samsung Members Community Canada. We suggest you to perform a clear cache and data and force stop the app.

To clear cache and data, go to Settings, swipe to, and touch Apps. Swipe to and touch the app. Tap force stop. Touch Storage, and then touch Clear cache and clear data.

However, I have already tried that way. It is not working. I also once disabled the G.L and again enabled it but it didn't work as well. :(

Hi, What is the device status?
Settings >> About Phone >> status >> Device status.

Hi, the status is "official".

But the path is slightly different from what you wrote.

Setting> Status Information> phone status

Hi, we suggest you back up and reset. Here are the steps to backup your data:

Backup from Samsung account--Apps > Settings > Cloud > Backup > Select the data > Back up now.

Backup from Google account--Apps > Settings > Backup and reset.

Here are the steps for factory reset, settings>>General management>>Reset>>Factory data reset>>Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Reset>> Delete All.

I had the exact same problem. I just updated my game launcher and it's working again. Try it.
