Hi everyone. Can you please tell me how does the backup and restore works in the mobile? when does it needed the most? after having factory reset? or what is it? and please tell me about Google cloud too. Thank you.
When you sync your google account, it will backup all essential dataon that cloud. I personally ally use smart switch app for PC to do complete backup of my phone and SD card on computer
Most important Back up to Samsung cloud account always as you will loose your phone settings, message (SMS) and other important stuff which you will miss while backing up to Google Account. After factory reset login to both accounts and restore .

This very important feature acts same as in PC System Restore feature. 2)when does it needed the most? after having factory reset? Ans. when you encounter any difficulty and contact Samsung customer service (in case you are not familiar with Android) they will ask you to do so and guide you step by step.
