Is there any way I can check the battery cycle count on my S24 Ultra?

Hi,

You can use Samsung Members app to check the battery health on your Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Open the Samsung Members app. Go to Support > Diagnostics. Run the Battery Status test to check battery health indicators like capacity and charging status.

While it won’t show the exact cycle count, it can help assess if the battery is functioning as expected.

You can also use any third-party apps. There are apps available on the Play Store that can provide more detailed battery information, including estimated cycle counts.

Thank you.

Care to provide the name of a couple of these apps so that the original poster can try them out?

Yes. If you could mention an app, I would definitely try it. Otherwise, there are plenty of app suggestions on the Play Store that may not work properly and contain bugs.

I appreciate your response. Could you request that Samsung develop such an app, particularly for Samsung devices? It would help many people, including me.

You could try this phone code on your device's Dialer:

##4636##

I'm not 100% sure if it still works?

Problem with installing an app like Accubattery etc, is that while it can show charging cycles, it will only show the cycles since the app was installed.

True, I have tried AccuBattery and could not get accurate information. I tried the code, but it doesn't work on my phone. Anyway, thank you.

You could look at this Youtube video that explains how to get cycle count

I checked those as well. Those require a laptop and running some code in the command prompt.

Could you please suggest some videos that you checked out for the same?
