Galaxy SIf you haven't, Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache.
If One UI Home is still draining the battery, go to Settings > Apps Search for One UI Home & Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache & Data for the app & Reboot.
See if that works for you.

Galaxy SHi Marsover,
We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing significant battery drain due to the One UI Home after a recent update.
Please perform Wipe Cache Partition. Even if you've done this before, it's worth doing again after any system update. Corrupted cache can cause persistent background activity in system apps.
Safe Mode Test. Booting into Safe Mode disables all third-party apps. Use your phone like normal for a bit in Safe Mode and see if the battery stabilizes. If it does, the issue might not be with One UI Home but with an app or service interacting with it.
Galaxy Diagnostic Tools. Use Samsung Members > Support > Phone Diagnostics to check for software or sensor issues that could affect power consumption.
Last Resort: Backup and Factory Reset. If nothing works, a clean start might help. This might help if there are any deep system-level issues (especially with UI battery drain). Please back up your data before performing.

Hopefully one of these steps narrows down the cause. Let us know how it goes.
Thank you.
