Bluetooth connection to BMW X1

I seem to be having trouble connecting my Bluetooth Galaxy S7 phone to my 2015 BMW X1 

It seems to connect but doesn't stay connected. Doesn't load my phone book it just keeps searching then shuts off. I've never had issues with this phone on other vehicles. What could be the problem? Does anyone have an answer?

Hi @Phantom, I would suggest going into settings > apps > three dot menu icon (top right) > show system apps, find Bluetooth and force stop it, as well as clear the cache.Then try pairing with the vehicle again.

I would invest in a Japanese vehicle...
