Bluetooth connection

Has anyone ever came across the issue connecting to Bluetooth where it physically will nit connect, it is supposed to be a solid blue when turned, mine has turned an invisible blue and will not connect, any suggestions to fixing it

Hi, please try to reset network settings on your phone .
1. Go to Settings, and then select General management.
2. Find and select Reset.
3. Choose Reset network settings.
4. Tap on the Reset settings button.
5. Tap on the Reset button.
Note: When you reset the network settings, the Wi-Fi information, mobile data, and Bluetooth connection are reset.

I reset the the Wi-Fi modem because I have problems also with Alexa. Seems to be working for now... It makes sense what Axton says...
