Can you please let us know did you observe any error message while trying to connect to the Bluetooth?
Also, have you tried to reset your network settings?
If not, please perform Reset Network settings on your device. The Reset network settings option allows your phone to reset Wi-Fi, Mobile data, and Bluetooth to their initial states.
Follow the steps below to reset network settings.
1.Navigate to Settings. Search for and select Reset network settings.
2.Tap Reset settings, and then tap Reset settings again.
3.If needed, enter your phone security credentials, and then tap Reset.
No it connects like normal but it won't work then I turn Bluetooth off then back on reconnect to my sync system on my truck and it works fine I have to do this every time I get in and out of my truck
