question bluetooth not working properly on phone

I had problem when I connected with my bluetooth other person can't hear my voice during phone call or even WhatsApp every time. I don't know why this is happening, Similarly it work good on my old phone

check your setting for the Bluetooth device... if that's not the issue try forget Bluetooth device and reconnect

I always go direct to disconnect and forget the device and then set it up again. its always worked for me during difficulties. best of luck in this issue

hey @michael5601 this is based on your phone and if your phone has an IR blaster...I believe Galaxy S6 was the last phone that had an IR blaster and it was using an app called peel universal remote control. But please create a seperate posts so members are not getting confused regarding different issues.
