Hi I'm using s20 ultra and it's camera is blurry between 1x and 4x zoom. Have seen a lot of posts and looks like its very common among samsung users. Is samsung doing something about this because its not cheap to get it replaced with new rear main camera.
Or do anyone have solution to this problem.?

A few things you can try, and I also have the S20 Ultra, but have not noticed any issues with blurring and zoom.

Open the Samsung Members app Click on Support and Diagnostics, run the Diagnostics for the Camera and see if you get any error messages.

Reset the Camera's Settings by opening the Camera > Settings & Reset.

Go to Settings > Apps & Search for the Camera and Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the Camera. Reboot.

Clear Cache from Recovery (may help?).

Backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset (last resort).

All else fails, you could visit a Samsung Service center to get it checked out by a tech.

Thank you RedDogRabbit.

Hi, we kindly request you to try the steps by RedDogRabbit to Reset the Camera, Clear cache partition and if the above steps didn't work, please perform backup and factory reset.

Below are the steps to perform clear cache partition.
1.Turn off the unit.
2.Press and hold the volume up button and press and hold the on/off button. When the Android logo is displayed, release all keys ("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options).
3.Press the volume down key repeatedly to highlight "wipe cache partition".
4.Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power button to select. When the wiping of the cache partition is completed, "Reboot System Now" is highlighted.
5.Press the Power button to reboot the unit.

Good to see that the Boot into Recovery instructions have been edited to remove the "30 - 60 second" wait 👍🏻
