Call from the Sim 2

Hello I have the Galaxy S22 Ultra and I have 2 sim cards in my phone. One is physical sim and the other esim . Iam trying to find a way to call and text from the ESim 2 that I have in my phone . 

When I want to call the phone dialer does not let me choose from which Sim I want to call . 

What's the way to do it ?

Both cards are recognized and I can receive calls into the second sim card. My problem is that I can't find anywhere a button to select from which number I can do a phone call or text

I know that in Europe phones they have the screen below but in Canadian they don't have that

Also under each of your contact you can set default sim you want that person to be called or text with
