Galaxy SMy S9 has been automatically rejecting calls for a couple of months now. Even from people who are in my contact list, and I haven't blocked them. I do not have the "block unknown/hidden numbers" on. I have clients who used to be able to call me and my phone would ring, but now it just goes to voice-mail and never rings. Please help :)

Galaxy SHi, as you have mentioned that calls are rejecting automatically even they are not list in block list, this doesn't seem like phone issue.
We recommend you to kindly contact your carrier for this issue, so that they can assist you accordingly.
Thank you.

Galaxy SHi henglish76, you may also try checking with your carrier if it is a SIM card-related issue. You can try inserting your SIM card in a different device, and check if the incoming calls still get rejected. Alternatively, you can try checking for any settings that might interfere with incoming calls, such as Do Not Disturb, Bixby Routines, and Caller ID and spam protection in your Phone app.

Galaxy SOk thank you. It doesn't do this to all callers. Just certain ones. I will give them a call. StraightTalk is my service provider. They are a cheaper, secondary company. So it can be difficult to get good customer service with them lol. I've had this phone for 4 years and this has only recently become an issue...
