Have double-checked: DND, Call Forwarding, Airplane Mode, Barring even turned off Bluetooth. With Samsung's 'Help', turned off Spam Call/ID Protection and reset Network. Please note, this happened on both our S21 and S23 at exactly the same time and we're with 2 different providers. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Galaxy SHi, could you try opening the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Supplementary Services > Call Forwarding > Voice Call > Make sure all options here are toggled off, especially 'Always Forward'.

This is the window that comes up in my Call Fwdg. of Supplementary Services. The # shown is that of my service provider. I've sometimes had the phone in my hand and it hasn't rung, it's automatically been forwarded to the VM service. I find it odd and very frustrating that it should begin happening on both our phones S21/S23 at exactly the same time. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks!
