I complete a system updated on my phone and now my camera stoped working. Samsung say I need to take it in to Samsung repair location to get the issue solved at my cost. Is anyone else having this issue and how did you get it fixed because a
factor reset did not fix it

Hi zav12w,

Sorry to hear you're having camera issues after the system update that’s definitely frustrating, especially since a factory reset didn’t help.

A few others have reported similar issues recently. Please try the following steps before heading to a service center:

Clear Camera App Cache & Data: Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Cache & Clear Data.

Boot into Safe Mode: Hold the Power button, tap and hold Power off, then tap Safe Mode. Test the Camera app.

Wipe Cache Partition: Power off your phone > Hold Volume Up + Power > Use volume keys to select Wipe cache partition > Reboot system.

If the issue persists, please submit an Error Report via the Samsung Members app. If no solution works, we recommend visiting a Samsung Authorized Service Center:
https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/service-center/

Let us know if you need help with any of the steps!
