Can I control my laptop remotely with my S22?

I want to be able to turn on my Acer laptops webcam and see what my new puppy is up to while I'm out during the day. Is there a way I can do this from my S22? Or be able to do this on my S22 and control my S20? My laptop/S20 will have wifi and phone will be using mobile data. Cost Effective/Free preferred 😊

It should work, pretty much the same way that you can stream live videos from any connected camera. 

You may have to go into the computer's settings to prevent the computer from sleeping though.

Install Alfred on your s 20 and s22 then set it up for viewing.I use my old phone's for security cameras and have the ability to watch live its in the playstore

Thank you, this is definitely an option. However want to be able to turn the camera on and off from the viewer phone...

That's possible,live whenever you want or just view the vids later
