Screen Master app from Play Store

Here is the screen shot of the bottom part of the Pro version of Screen Master. 

I'm not sure if it's available on the free version or not? 

BUT if you see this at the bottom when you click on "Edit", then you can use the editing feature to draw lines, add text, boxes etc.
