as you guys can see in the print screen there are at least 5 robot android icons on my app drawer that can't be uninstalled. I tried to identify them in the play store but there's anything there, I reset the phone twice.

the problem started after I did a master reset in an attempt to fix other problems.

does anyone knows how to remove those useless icons?63e38ca3-8ef2-492c-a962-a719be3581d7.jpg

That is super weird. And you said you already did a factory reset?

I did the factory reset first, I was getting constant message that the iris scanner has stop working, Google has stop working. so I did a backup and made a factory reset. after reinstalling all my apps those things appeared. they have no name or are registered in the installed apps list.

Have you tried to press the top 3 dots on the top right corner --> Settings --> Hide Apps?

I can do That, but the point is to remove those things.

Clearing data and cache from touchwiz in apps should do the trick. Go settings--apps--go to options in app and select show system apps-- look for and select touckwiz--go to storage clear data and cache.

This should fix your problem but
Your home page and theme (not app drawer) will reset to default.
