Galaxy SDid you try a simple Reboot?
Here's some things to try:
Remove & Reinsert the SIM.
Toggle WiFi Calling Off & On.
You could also try Resetting the Network Settings, Clearing BOTH Cache & Data for the Dialer > Reboot.

I have the option on both my S23 Ultra & S25 Ultra.
I don't think that this will fix it, but you could try Booting into Recovery & Wiping Cache.. maybe it will?

We appreciate you for trying the possible troubleshooting steps. If your carrier has confirmed that the option is missing on their end, it could be due to a UI change in One UI 6.1.1. Let’s try a few troubleshooting steps:
Check for Software Updates: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to ensure you're on the latest version.
Reset Network Settings: Navigate to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings (this won’t delete personal data, only network configurations).
Try Safe Mode: Restart your device in Safe Mode (press & hold power, then tap & hold “Power off” until "Safe mode" appears). Check if the option is available there.
Submit a Samsung Members Error Report: Open the Samsung Members app > Tap Support > Error reports and provide details about the missing option.
