Galaxy S
Hello,
I can't find any help for this issue. My sound is working fine when it comes to everything else on my Samsung Galaxy S6. But when I plug it in to charge, I don't hear that sound that it is charging. I do see the thunderbolt. How do I fix this?

Go to settings > Sound and vibrations > charging sound. Make sure it's on and for the sake of it turn it off than on. Then go to volume which is in the same setting area and make sure all volume levels are at max.
