I'm so confused about how difficult it seems for Samsung and their partners to provide us a return waybill. Clicking on links that do not work when a simple printable PDF has been a solution for over a decade now.
I had trouble too and ended up having to open up the shipping label link on my laptop, screenshotting, then emailing the jpeg of the screenshot to myself and was then able to print!! I was not impressed at the very least as this process seemed cumbersome and *** backwards. In 2024, the process to trade in your device should be way more automated and simplified!!
