Hi, I have s20 plus and in slow motion videos, they are so laggy, like the frame freezes and skip next couple of frames. How do I fix it?

Are you saving the video to your external sd card?

If so, then it sounds like the sd card is lacking the performance for the task.

It's also possible that if you are using most of the available space on the sd card, that could also cause what you see.

1st one make sense, I'll try saving it in phone storage. For 2nd one, it's not the case cuz I have more than 60% sd card empty.

No bro, it is still the same. No difference. Might be an issue with camera and processing.

Try the following:

  • Open the Camera and go to IT'S Settings & Reset the Camera's settings.
  • Go to Settings > Apps & Search for the Camera >Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache & Data for the Camera & Reboot.
  • Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache.

Hopefully one of these will fix the issue for you. 🤞🏻

Hi Abhi710, you can try the steps provided by RedDogRabbit to perform Reset camera, Clear cache and Clear data, Wipe cache partition and check if it fixes the issue.

Below are the steps to perform Wipe cache partition.

1.Turn off the unit.

2.Press and hold the volume up button and press and hold the on/off button. When the Android logo is displayed, release all keys ("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options).

3.Press the volume down key repeatedly to highlight "wipe cache partition".

4.Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power button to select. When the wiping of the cache partition is completed, "Reboot System Now" is highlighted.

5.Press the Power button to reboot the unit.
