can't reset secure folder pin

Forgot the secure folder pin. When I open the secure folder, I get the box to enter 4 numbers. However, it is not displaying forgot password as the videos I've looked at provide. Any ideas please?

Try this:

• Type any random PIN or Password. 
• The "Forgot Password" option should now be displayed.

Hi, you can try the above steps and also you can sign out of your Samsung account and uninstall secure folder.

1. Head into your Settings and select your Samsung Account

2. Proceed to sign out of your Samsung Account

3. Relaunch Secure Folder then tap on Uninstall

4. Once Secure Folder has been uninstalled you can then sign back into your Samsung Account and setup Secure Folder again.

Well how do I get my pictures from it???? Keeps telling me wrong pin when it's not
