I own the A20 F 5g...the last day or so it won't stay connected to my wifi...it says it's connected but not connected...there is full wifi service which my roommates are enjoying with no interruption...after some research and trying many things that were suggested I'm still being disconnected regularly...on a Google search I was also told that this is a custom model ...I may need to search out tech support....since I know many here understand these things better I ask here first...what could cause this and any idea how to correct it...has been running excellent til yesterday...appreciate anyone's thoughts

Hi kymkimmy, Enabling the Adaptive Wi-Fi feature allows your network to automatically switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data automatically to maintain a stable network connection.

• If your Wi-Fi signal becomes weak or unreliable, your phone will switch to mobile data automatically.

• Wi-Fi will turn on automatically when you're within range of Wi-Fi networks you use frequently.

Note: Enabling Adaptive Wi-Fi may incur additional fees to your service provider.

Please follow the below steps and check:

- Go into the Settings → Connections.

- Tap on Wi-Fi and ensure that it has been enabled.

- Tap on the Advanced button located near the top right of the screen.

- Tap on Adaptive Wi-Fi.

- Toggle the switch to enable Adaptive Wi-Fi.

- Once Adaptive Wi-Fi has been enabled, you can also enable Aggressive switching. Enabling this feature switches to use a mobile network to access the Internet even when your Wi-Fi Internet connection is only slightly unstable.

Important Note: This may increase your data usage. If the above steps did not help. Then try the reset network settings as suggested by @Tallman. Thanks, @Tallman for sharing the information.

Well I'm happy to say I did get all 3 connected...and running but I still don't think it running at the speed it should be it's sporadic... at best...I did end up removing them and reloading them manually...the Mobil data isn't running well enough to carry them and that's why..everything just shuts down but it is running better than it was

Hi, please check if there is any new update, we suggest you go for backup and reset. Here are the steps to backup your data:

Backup from Samsung account--Apps > Settings > Cloud > Backup > Select the data > Back up now.

Backup from Google account--Apps > Settings > Backup and reset.

Here are the steps for factory reset, settings>>General management>>Reset>>Factory data reset>>Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Reset>> Delete All.

Hi, We request you to register an Error Report from the Samsung Members app by attaching the system logs.

Open the Samsung Members app>> Menu >> Support >> Send feedback >> Error Report >> Send system log file.

With these logs, our team could analyze the performance and errors on the device and if there is anything related to the Samsung update that you have installed recently, we would push a fix through an update.
