Connected but no connection

Evenin everyone

I own the A20 F 5g...the last day or so it won't stay connected to my wifi...it says it's connected but not connected...there is full wifi service which my roommates are enjoying with no interruption...after some research and trying many things that were suggested I'm still being disconnected regularly...on a Google search I was also told that this is a custom model ...I may need to search out tech support....since I know many here understand these things better I ask here first...what could cause this and any idea how to correct it...has been running excellent til yesterday...appreciate anyone's thoughts

Silly question...what's ssid

Oh...Wireless network name.

Where would I find that info

Open Settings → Connections → WiFi

You will see what you are connecting now. Make sure you have password for this wireless network.

Lol that's another issue altogether...the 2.4 has not been connected for some time and I'm currently running into that problem with the 5 g...I have 3 passwords that worked at one point or another

2.4GHz and 5GHz are coming from the same router. Do you know the password on this connection? If you know, you can reset the network settings on the phone and try again.

You mean the password to the router right...I can get it I'm sure but I don't know...my sister will

No, not the password login to router. The password for wireless 2.4 GHzand 5GHz connection.

Like I said I have the last 3 that were used I haven't had any luck getting them to work

I think you can try reset the network settings then since your sister should have the wireless password.
