You can add custom notification sounds on the Galaxy S25 Ultra by following these steps:
Set a Custom Sound Directly from the Audio Player:
Open the Samsung Music app (or any music player).
Find the sound file and tap the 3-dot menu.
Look for an option like Set as Notification Sound (depends on the app).
If someone wants a different notification sound for each app, they can go to: Settings → Apps → Select the App → Notifications → Notification Categories → Choose a category → Sound → Select the custom tone.
This method works on the S25 Ultra, but let me know if anyone runs into issues!
It's only got 3 options, phone, contact & alarm, for tones, nothing for notifications, once Again this year Samsung neglected to give us the option to change the notifications tone. Unfortunately the option given are not what i want. Please reverify your information, & pass it along, tell the program's we want it for the next update. We want the abilyto chouse a custom tone for notifications, not just the 3 options offered. Notifications is not i. The options, Samsung had it available up until 2018 then they took it away without thinking. Tell them to put it back & please stop playing with these options when it's good keep it, you may improve on it but don't remove it don't make it every complex, keep it simple to understand. The idea of selecting a music file to transfer is perfect now we want it to return so that notifications can be changed. The intergrated tones are not my fancy, i am stuck with them i don't like the pre selected tones & the fact that i can't apply a custom tone for notifications, we had separate tones for different notifications, example text is one tone, email is a different tone, & so on. That's what i want to see with the ability to make a custom tone. Please stop with the pre selected, not everyone wants them, i have people who are disappointed in the fact that Samsung took away the option & i am to. It's as if the programing team has lost interest in it's clients. Must i go dind then with some espresso to stimulate there mimds😅
