Thank you for reaching out. If your Samsung Health app on the Galaxy S25 is not displaying the map tracking feature during your walks, please check the following:
Ensure that Samsung Health has the necessary permissions to track your location: Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Permissions. Tap Location and select "Allow all the time" for uninterrupted GPS tracking.
Enable High-Accuracy GPS. Go to Settings > Location. Tap Location Services and enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth scanning for better accuracy. Ensure "Use precise location" is turned on.
Check Samsung Health Settings. Open Samsung Health > Select Walking or Steps. Tap the gear icon (Settings) and confirm that "Map Tracking" is enabled.
Optimize Battery & Background App Settings. Go to Settings > Battery > Background Usage Limits. Ensure Samsung Health is not restricted to allow uninterrupted tracking.
Restart your device and try starting a new walk in an open area to check if the issue persists.
If the issue continues, please ensure that your Samsung Health app is up to date and consider reinstalling it.
