Data usage toggle

Is there a way to put a toggle button on home screen or else, for data (LTE). I didn't find how with IFTTT, but there is shurely an other way than: Settings / Connections / Data usage / Mobile data...

The Data Toggle is not available in Canada, but you can install from play store.

Maybe if everyone in this community can request Samsung to include this feature for Data Toggle to include in next update along with Hotspot feature. This is just a suggestion.

Go into the google play store and search up either Data Enabler Widget or power toggles. These will provide you with home screen widgets you can use to turn on/off your data connection

those don't work, because of Android application limitations they can't actually toggle your data for you

Looks like these data toggles are just redirect shortcuts to the data on/off part of the settings menu

Google "restore mobile data toggle xda" and follow that tutorial. It's working perfectly for me I've got the data toggle and hotshot toggles back.

Very great thank's @brownbatman I finally tryed your solution yesterday and it worked easy.
I lost much time trying to download USB DRIVERS for Canadian carrier's but we don't need to do so; all drivers are already in the S8.
The only thing that is painfull in the process is that we may not copy-paste the actual setup, so we have to screen capture and re-type the whole setup codes without doing any mistake.
I did it and worked fine, but unfortunately the first firmware update erased the patch... I'll redo it tonight for shure.

Guys th easy way to toggle data is using data usage edge app, by tapping on the edge screen app will directly take you to the data usage setting.
