Galaxy SThis is my 7th day of 'awaiting dispatch' for my phone i ordered on 2/1 during the launch event. I'm tired of being told my order is with the warehouse and it will be shipped. Every day I'm being told it will take 2 days to ship -- for the past 7 days.
What does Awaiting Dispatch even mean? This is getting concerning already. Plenty of people who ordered green phones well after me have already received them. I just don't understand what their version of 'first come first served' actually means.
Support is polite but honestly is just a bunch of script readers. They won't give me any feedback or updates on this and refuse to help.
I don't believe I'm being unreasonable given when I ordered and the expectations they are setting.
