Default QR Code Scanner

Can any one guide if S26 have  factory installed qr code scanner. Please help

If you have added the QR Scanner to your Quick Settings Panel, you'll need to Swipe Down from the top of the screen, TWICE to see the Label for the QR Scanner. 

Click on it & it will open the Camera. Point the Camera at the QR code you wish to scan. 

You'll be given some options, ie: Open Link.

You can just launch the camera app and then point the camera at a QR code and it will (should) detect it.
