Hi all.
I use a galaxy S20, running Android 10 and One UI 2.5
I find digital wellbeig app really useful, and I use Apptimet feature and wind-down mode all the time.
Last night when i wanted to momentarily turn off wind-down mode, i openned the widged, but nothing happened. The screen is blank and does'nt do anything. Some times even the notifications slider doesn't work and the phone frizzes.. i restarted the phone but it did not help. I tried force stopping digital well-being several times but it did not help either.. am i the only one dealing with this cursed digital wellbeing????
I've also installed the lates update.

Hi M3hrb0d,
Please perform the clear cache of the app.
Go to Settings> Apps> Digital wellbeing> Storage> Clear cache.
Then, follow the below troubleshooting steps.
You can activate Wind down mode to reduce eye strain before sleeping and prevent your sleep from being disturbed.
Greyscale: Displays colors on the screen as grey tones.
Do not disturb: Set the device to mute incoming calls and notification sounds, except for allowed exceptions.
Go to Settings> Tap Digital Wellbeing> Tap Wind down> Disable it.

Hi M3hrb0d,
Please perform the wipe cache partition of the device and get back to us with the results.
Here are the troubleshooting steps to follow:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
6. Press Bixby / Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select.
8. When the process is complete, the Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.

Hi Jam1978,

Follow the below steps to clear the cache and data of the App:
Follow the below steps: Open Settings >> Apps >> (Select The app for which you want to clear the Data) >> Storage >> Clear cache. If the issue still persists, choose the ''Clear data''.
Note: Clearing the data will reset the app to factory default settings. Any personal settings saved on the app will be removed.
