Do not disturb does not work on 3rd party app calls

So every night I turn on DnD but calls from Instagram, snapchat, messenger, etc still ring even tho dnd is turned on is there a fix for this?

Some apps have a setting, where you can choose "ignore do not disturb". 

I don't use any of the apps you mentioned, but check in those "in app" Notification Settings & see "ignore do not disturb" is Toggled ON?

Sorry for replying late but non of the apps mentioned above have "ignore do not disturb". DnD works well with notifications such as text, reminders, etc. But with calls no. I was thinking this is a problem with the app tried contacting fb messenger about this issue and they haven't responded yet.
