Since you prefer it off, here are some tips to manage it:
Disable Dolby Atmos in Settings after connecting headphones: Unfortunately, there’s no current option to save your preferred Dolby Atmos setting per device, so you’ll need to turn it off manually after each connection for now.
Check for any active Bixby Routines: You mentioned no routines exist, so that’s good. Just double-check if any automation apps (like SmartThings or others) could toggle this setting.
Clear cache for the SoundAssistant app: Sometimes, clearing cache or data for SoundAssistant (if installed) can help with sound profile glitches:
Settings > Apps > Show system apps > SoundAssistant > Storage > Clear cache.
