Don't buy the Kindsuit case for the S25 Ultra, the quality is terrible

The case snapped less than a month since I had it. Never had this happen to a case before. Samsung Support absolutely refuses to do anything despite their warranty policy, saying it's physical damage just because it's broken. I didn't drop my phone and there is no scuffs or other indication of external damage other than this having snapped. Don't even bother with purchasing 80 dollar (regular price) case when a $15 case on Amazon has better quality.

3$ case from shein, temu, or aliexpress better than this

It's a bummer that your case broke, but it doesn't really matter it's not that deep, but samsung cases are overpriced for the quality
