Duplicate photos and videos

I have a galaxy s9. I find so many duplicate photos and videos in the storage and when I go to duplicate files to clean them, it's greyed out with 0B showing! What's the solution?

Hi @Tirna,

Please open your Gallery apps >> Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner >> Settings >> Sync with Samsung Cloud >> Disable this option. This should prevent any further duplicates showing up in your Gallery.

Yes it did thank you. It doesn't help with other photos and videos on other apps like WhatsApp though. I still see some duplicates that are not appearing as duplicate files.
