Galaxy SThat's likely to be an issue with WiFi & not the device.
You can try Toggling WiFi Calling Off & On, see if that helps?
I have friends who will call using WiFi, or worse Signal Private Messenger, I'll ask them to call me back on the Cell Network.. sounds horrible sometimes!

Galaxy SBluetooth, VoIP, even Wi-Fi or Cellular Data (if you're using an app like Telegram, Signal etc), can have an effect on audio quality.

Galaxy SIf you're only using WiFi Calling, you could always Reset the Network Settings & see if that helps?
Settings & Search for "Reset" and Reset the Network Settings.
You'll need to know your passwords & Pair any Bluetooth devices again.
