Email app crashing

I'm attaching two pictures to help with my question. and my question is : why do I keep getting these error emails when I try to open the email app on Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. My software is up to date as far as I know. I have hit "continue" once before and it went back to normal for the rest of the day but the very next day I kept getting these messages. Please help. I hope I don't have a virus. and how do I fix it if I do.

Exacly the same problem here. Android System Webview was deactivsted. Vould not activated it.

Hsve several apps not working

Just did this and now both my Samsung Email and Gmail Apps are working fine - thanks for tip AdamP!

Click the three dot menu at the top right of the screen, that is where the uninstall option is

That fixed it. But I already uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of crashing apps and lost my data. What was that update that caused the problem?
