Email app crashing

I'm attaching two pictures to help with my question. and my question is : why do I keep getting these error emails when I try to open the email app on Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. My software is up to date as far as I know. I have hit "continue" once before and it went back to normal for the rest of the day but the very next day I kept getting these messages. Please help. I hope I don't have a virus. and how do I fix it if I do.

Thank you AdamP. I got S7 and started to get the error today (Email app keeps stopping) and was able to fix it by uninstalling Android-System-Webview updates.

I have a Samsung Galaxy J3. HELP!!!

I am getting the message that  "Gmail keeps stopping"

I have cleared the cache, cleared the date, done a Force Stop and a Disable of Gmail.

I do not have an Android System Webview in settings.

I am now back to the "old" Gmail icon (white envelope with red outline) and who knows what else is lost as I can not see it on the phone.

I have also turned the phone completely off.

Any ideas?  Please!

Same problem here.  Several apps crashing with popup saying '(app name) has stopped.'  Do not even have Android System Webview to disable.
