I'm attaching two pictures to help with my question. and my question is : why do I keep getting these error emails when I try to open the email app on Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. My software is up to date as far as I know. I have hit "continue" once before and it went back to normal for the rest of the day but the very next day I kept getting these messages. Please help. I hope I don't have a virus. and how do I fix it if I do.

Thank you glusav, the Chrome update and restart did the trick for me.  Everything else before was not working.  As per that article, it looks like Google finally fixed whatever they borked.

There was no update option for Android System Webview on my phone's Google Play Store either, but it was (just like Chrome) updated yesterday.

So, I just updated Chrome instead, and since rebooting after that - I've not had any problems. That was only 30 mins ago, but it deffo feels more stable.

Apps of mine that kept stopping were the default Samsung email, Gmail, Amazon, All 4, BBC iPlayer, Messages (default text app), plus a few others I've forgotten.

I'm so glad I found this thread - I was literally just minutes away from the headache of doing a complete factory reset!!
