From Email app update, 21.03.21, unable to use Samsun Email app, keeps crashing.  Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times - no luck.  Help please?

HI hcleventis,

We apologize for the inconvenience, this seems to be an issue with Google. This can be fixed by uninstalling the updates of the Android Web view as also shared by AW1228 in his previous post,

Please follow the below steps:

Open Settings >> Appps >> Android web view >> Menu (3 dots on top) >> Uninstall updates.

Also, follow the steps (Screenshots) provided by Cassidy.

Thanks, Cassidy for helping our Community Members in solving the issue.

If it's disable, you need to disable Chrome

Disabling Chrome did the trick for me.  Many thanks. Several apps were behaving this way:  Mail & Flipboard in particular.  Some screen icons would appear grayed out as well.  Lost one app entirely.  Had to go back to the app library and have it reinstalled as it is no longer available.

None of my email app would work (Gmail, Outlook, Samsung email). On Google Chrome I uninstalled updates and they all started working!
