Files Update Error

My phone is unable to connect to the Samsung server to update my Samung Files app, and I had a 4 recent unintended restarts not scheduled in the last three weeks alone.

Did you observe any error message while trying to update? Can you please let us know the model of your device.

Please try this by going to settings > apps > network storage manager > app details in store > click update.
