Finger print sensor ceased function

My finger print sensor was working fine. Have changed to another s7 and it has ceased to function. Trying to rectify on my phone screen is impossible as I loose the screen every time I verify from email or text.

Try the Samsung Diagnostics here on the Samsung Members app - It's possible that it might be a Hardware issue.
