finger print sensor not working samsung ultra s23

i cant use fingerprint sensor at all. it showed "fingerprint sensor not working if this keeps happening, restart your phone"
i have tried all the suggestions on the internet unless rebooting my device. Please help me to solve this problem.

Open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support > Phone Diagnostics and run the Diagnostics for the Finger Print Recognition. See if you get any error messages.

You can try Booting into Recovery & Wiping Cache, but I don't think that will help. If there is a hardware issue, then visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech. 

You could always Backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.. But again, if it is a hardware issue, that won't help.
