Galaxy S9/+

So unclear reading through threads about the Galaxy S9/+ getting a new update (OneUI 2.5?)

Are we supposed to be getting that update and if so,has the time passed since we were supposed to get it? Is it late? 

Is there a good thread on here or anywhere that I can read up about it?

Yes we are supposed to but it's crazy late. We're still on September update... in December.
