I am having a issue with galaxy store. It open up but doesn't load any content. Everytime I try it gives me 2 error messages 09odc2351000 or 997de6ed015. I tried some trouble shooting steps such as clear data, clear cache, restart the phone, allowed all the permissions but nothing seems to help. I tried updating it but blank screens shows up after a whole. I Uninstaller the updates incase any new update was causing it. I have version 4.5.63.9 installed. Thank You!

Check to see if there's an update for the Galaxy Store.

Version number should be:

4.5.65.1

on your S23 Ultra.

You could try to force an update by going to Settings > Apps Search for the Galaxy Store > Click on it & Top Right, click on the 3 Dot Menu & then "Uninstall Updates" & Reboot.

See if that fixes the issue for you?

What is the model number of your device, ie: SM-xxxxx?

Where are you located?

You can try:

  • Booting into Recovery & Wipe Cache.
  • Booting into Safe Mode & test?
  • Backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.

I am now on ver 4.5.65.1, and it is loading the main menu now. But then it goes into the same loop mode. It is showing 6 updates on top but gives me an error message when I try to do it. It is back to the same issue where I started in the beginning.

What steps have you taken so far?

Have you disabled anything?

Tried Safe Mode?

We have the same device, just a different Galaxy Store version number.

Try my other suggestions. It's not a hardware issue for sure.

Clearing Cache & Data for the app would normally fix the problem, but as you have already tried that.. either Clearing Cache from Recovery & or as a last resort, Factory Reset.

Somehow, I got an update notification today after I left it for a while to download the file. Everything is working normally after the update is installed. Thank you all for your help!
