My Zfold was missing several options, including the Cartoon feature and different wallpapers on both screens. Samsung Technical support remoted in and couldn't find either options. Sent errors to developers. It's amazing to me that the manager of Technical support didn't have a clue and couldn't even tell me if it was removed by Samsung Canada or if it's coming in an update.
Sorry dude, if Supervisor at tech support can't find it...then it's not there. Two Agents and a Supervisor remoted in and wound up sending a message to the developers. Do you live in Canada, because my friends in the States have the option on their phone
It could be just a glitch on my phone the developers said they would be back to me by the end of the week. I was just going to reset it but they wanted to examine the error messages they were getting.
