My Bluetooth headset disconnects several times on a communication that lasts 10 minutes.

I have spoken with colleagues who have the same phone in the company I work for and they have different Bluetooth headphones they tell me they have the same problem.
The problem started after the last update
did you find solutions for this problem ?

2 solutions :

1.

Turn off Bluetooth
Go to settings-> applications

Click on the 3 small dots at the top right
Activate system applications
bluetooth search

Then click on Storage
clear cache and Bluetooth data
Turn Bluetooth on again.

Pair your Bluetooth devices

2.

When you got a major update, sometimes some files got corrupted so WE recommand you to make a Wipe Cache Partition after each major update. This does’nt affect any of your files but can improve your device’s performance and resolve many problems that could happen after a major update
To check how to make a Wipe Cache Partition on your device, just download this file and click on your device. You'll see the comment appear with the description on HOW TO.

If any error appears, please let me know, i will change it as soon as another user confirm it also.

Make a wipe cache partition on your device, to find How To , follow this link or tell me wich device you have and i will explain to you how to proceed..:

Hi @ReneNCR,

Try following @Cassidys instructions to reset(thank you!).
As well, try to ensure that the charger and battery on your device is working fine. If there's issues with either or with both, there tends to be drops in connection.

For your colleagues, does everyone share the same phone?

Cheers,

Jeremy

Wipe cache partition for Samsung S7

Minor firmware and hardware glitches can be fixed by deleting the system cache. In fact, we  always recommend doing it before performing any of the reset procedures:

  1. Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S7.
  2. Press and then hold the Home and Volume UP keys, then press and hold the Power key.
  3. When the Samsung Galaxy S7 shows on the screen, release the Power key but continue holding the Home and Volume Up keys.
  4. When the Android logo shows, you may release both keys and leave the phone be for about 30 to 60 seconds.
  5. Using the Volume Down key, navigate through the options and highlight ‘wipe cache partition.’
  6. Once highlighted, you may press the Power key to select it.
  7. Now highlight the option ‘Yes’ using the Volume Down key and press the Power button to select it.
  8. Wait until your phone is finished doing the Master Reset. Once completed, highlight ‘Reboot system now’ and press the Power key.
  9. The phone will now reboot longer than usual.
