hi,
on samasung s9 plus my headphone not working properly when i call on whatsapp other person complaining i can't hear you.what can i do it happe some time on normal phone call too while uisng headphone for call.

problem with the headphone mic. Buy new headphone or don't use it for phone call.

i do that i check 4 headphones set 2 original samsung 1 iphone 1 of market

Are they the ones that come with the device? because if so, they are covered by manufacturers warranty so contact Samsung and you can get replacement ones.

i checked both of them by switching headphones also i had same issue when i connect to bluetooth

Try running the hw diagnostic from the Samsung Members app and see if it tells you anything.
I guess that you could Factory Reset (doubt it will fix the issue).
Take it to a Samsung Service Center for the often recommended "physical inspection" 😉
