Help Bluetooth metadata not working on s7 edge

so I got an Honda accord 2013 and the metadata is not working it comes on from time to time but does not stay for long does anyone know what's going on with this ???

maybe try pulling down the notification bar and tapping Quick Connect, and find your car. then connect and try again

Hi @therealpereira, to help us troubleshoot this error, can you submit a device error log? From the Samsung Members application, tap the “Feedback” icon. From the “Questions/Errors” tab, tap the Pen icon and then submit an “Error report”.
