What device do you have, and do you have HEX Installer on your device?

Did this happen after the update to One UI V6.1.1 (if your device is eligible for it?).

Did you use adb or a package disabler to disable anything?

S24 ultra. I once used the HEX Installer, but after the update, mine stopped working, and i tried using themes. Then, I found out it's not working

If HEX Installer is still installed, uninstall it, but you may need to use adb to disable HEX, if it was installed when you updated your device.

The alternative is to Factory Reset. If you Factory Reset, Backup your device with Smart Switch first.

Before you Factory Reset, try this.

You need to enable Developer Options, install Platform-Tools & Samsung's USB Drivers to your computer.

Open Platform-Tools and type:

adb shell

pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.themestore

pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.themecenter

Repeat the above, but this time instead of "disable user" type "enable user"

Hi A4109,

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with Galaxy Themes being unavailable. This can sometimes happen due to system restrictions, software conflicts, or device management settings. Please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

Clear Cache & Data for Galaxy Themes. Navigate to Settings > Apps > Galaxy Themes. Tap Storage, then select Clear Cache and Clear Data. Restart your device and check if the issue is resolved.

If a third-party theme is applied, it may cause conflicts. Try switching back to the default theme by navigating to Settings > Themes and selecting the default option.

Open Galaxy Store, search for Galaxy Themes, and try launching it from there.

If the issue persists, try resetting all settings: Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset All Settings. This won’t delete your data but will restore system settings to default.

Thank you.
