Why is my email account that is synced to my phone telling me server sign in failed then when I tap on it on my notification bar it says server password had changed enter password. I don't know password because I never changed it

my phones storage is 98% full. I've deleted numerous apps , photos videos etc. as well as moving lots to my SD card. butbit hasnt made a dent. not sure how to clean everything up or move to SD card? Also how do i find Samsung cloud? I'm lost

@NHE go to Device Maintenance and run it. After running it and Optimizing it click on Storage icon here it will show all your files and it will ask you to clear the storage if you have backed up everything clear your storage.
Caution : Back up both in Google cloud and also in Samsung cloud before clearing.

use Google photos, then after everything is backed up, go into the settings of Google photos and hit "clear up space"

I was trying to throw apps into a folder on the wallpaper and it worked, but the app is showing above the folder now and on any background screen. you can't open it or move it and it's happened twice now, how do you get rid of the circles??
